We are thrilled to introduce three exceptional individuals who have recently joined the CHPT family. Their diverse expertise and dedication to healthcare excellence enrich our team, and their contributions enhance the exceptional care we provide to our valued community.
Hi! I’m Dr. Kingsley!
Originally from southern Michigan, Dr. Kingsley has happily called Chicago his home for the past four years. He attended Michigan State University, where he studied Kinesiology before pursuing his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine at National University of Health Sciences. During and since the completion of his program, Dr. Kingsley has studied continuing education from McKenzie Diagnostic Therapy and Motion Palpation Institute, whom he has been affiliated with throughout his chiropractic education.
Dr. Kingsley has led an active and athletic life, playing football in his younger years and spending his time weight training and bodybuilding in the gym since. He grew a passion for nutrition along the way and looks to incorporate these elements into patient treatment plans. Outside of his love for health and fitness, Dr. Kingsley enjoys the rush of snowboarding during the winter months and the experiences of all Chicago has to offer.
Dr. Kingsley’s philosophy surrounding chiropractic medicine is a multifaceted system that involves assessment of joint motion, muscular tone, and neurological health. He believes in a holistic approach to medicine while also not afraid to embrace allopathic western medicine where necessary. Along with elite technique systems and diagnostic ability, patient-physician communication is key to Dr. Kingsley, creating the best possible relationships to support someone in getting out of pain and improving quality of life. Dr. Kingsley is honored to be a member of the CHPT team and thrilled for the opportunity to serve the community.
request an appointmentHi! I’m Olivia!
Olivia joined the CHPT team in 2023. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology Movement Science. She went on to further her education, and graduated from Fox College in 2021 with an Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Olivia has always had great interest in Women’s Health throughout her schooling, which is primarily due to being the oldest daughter of eight siblings and watching her parents overcome many obstacles, especially her mom. In addition to her orthopedic background, Olivia is currently undergoing pelvic rehab coursework through the Herman and Wallace Institute. She is excited to grow her women’s health skill set to further treat pregnant/postpartum women, and those patients with various pelvic floor dysfunctions. She also specializes in LSVT-Big, which is a therapy program proven to improve balance, muscle strength, posture, and overall quality of life for patients with Parkinson’s Disease.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys doing DIY housework, biking outdoors, yoga, and snowboarding in the wintertime. She also speaks fluently in Polish.
request an appointmentHi There! I’m Ann!
Ann Socha has been a certified Iyengar yoga teacher for over twenty years. She began teaching while living in Crested Butte, Colorado and enjoyed using yoga poses to help her students recover from sports injuries. Ann moved to Chicago in 2005, and her curiosity for learning about ways to help her students led her to become a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2022. Her own experiences from becoming a mother inspired her to continue her education through Herman and Wallace to become certified in pelvic rehabilitation.
Ann is passionate about helping others overcome health setbacks and continue healthy and active lives. She has learned from her own health care practitioners the importance of listening to patients and taking time to be present for them. When she isn’t treating patients or teaching yoga, Ann enjoys spending time with her family in nature, painting, traveling, and reading with her cat at her side.
